We love our work with chefs. They challenge us to innovate our approach and expand our varietals, always ensuring that we stay at the epicurean culinary edge. We pass this knowledge onto the consumer – through selling our fresh product at fresh goods markets and grocers – offering something unique to the produce on shelves.

Chef Tom's aim to Triumph Brewing House is to elevate the concept of 'pub fare' or which has now most commonly come to be known as 'gastropub' food. His focus is firmly placed on local, and using local purveyors in New Jersey that offer fresh and seasonal produce. He works directly with Farmer Carly to tailor make the greens he uses in his dishess; which include Scallops, English Pea Risotto, Crab Salad as well as in desserts.
